The difference between types of fans and ventilators

Ventilation fans are used for residential or commercial air conditioning. These fans are used to introduce fresh air from outside into the space. Avoid breathing so-called dead or suffocated air with less oxygen. Without ventilation, you and other people will have trouble breathing fresh air.

When pollutants enter the air, exhaust fans remove them to provide clean air. Some common pollutants are: All types of smoke, such as smoke from frying food Smoke from the production line of a product Cut the product Humidity (such as humidity in swimming pools) Dust in the space of sawmills or flour production Plaster, cement and... Failure to remove these pollutants directly affects human health. In the Iranian market, exhaust fans are usually known as centrifugal fans or centrifugal fans. Centrifugal fans exhaust air by means of centrifugal force. In these types of fans, the air inlet and outlet angle is 90 degrees. Centrifugal fans are also called blower fans.

Blower fans consist of housing or spiral, cutting plate, blades and inner cone. These types of fans have different types, including forward bending, backward tilting, radial vane fan, airfoil vane fan, tubular centrifugal and plug fan. But other types of ventilation fans are similar to conventional household fans. These types of fans are portable and easy to install. They can be made from 2 blades to 7 blades, but 4 blade and 6 blade fans are more common. These types of fans are produced from a diameter of 10 cm to about 2 meters. In small sizes, the motor is directly connected to the blade. But in large and industrial sizes, they are usually belt driven. These types of fans usually have a frame that directs the air into the blades. Propeller fans are usually used for large air volume and low static pressure. So it is not suitable to use this type of fan for installation on the channel.
